Digital Activation Keys (Microsoft Office and Windows):

1.  Digital activation keys will be sent to you within 3-8 hours of completing your purchase via the e-mail address you provided.

2.  You can get the key by checking your email. Please check your inbox and spam/junk folder to make sure you received the email from us.

3.  If you did not receive the key, please first check that the email was entered correctly and make sure that the filtering system did not mark our email as spam. If the problem persists, please contact our Customer Support team and we will be happy to assist you.

Physical boxed products (Microsoft Office and Windows):

1.  Physical boxed products usually arrive within 2-5 days of purchase, depending on your shipping address.

2.  After your order is shipped, we will provide you with a logistics tracking number and related information via email. You can use this tracking number to track the status of your order on the logistics company’s website.

3. If you have any questions or need further assistance during the waiting period, please contact our customer support team and we will do our best to provide you with support and answers.
