Item was very easy to install. Clicked on the link in the email sent, which took me to the third party website and selected the correct version for my pc. Downloaded with no issues, did not even need to add the product key. Very happy with purchase. Thank you.

I struggled a bit with the download instructions so took it to the IT help desk at work who kindly use installed it for me but it's genuine and works fine (I was a bit skeptical). Much better than paying a monthly fee. Very happy with the purchase, only rated 4 as I wasn't clear how to install it, but I'm not very techie.

This is time-proven Microsoft software. I would recommend it. The product does not arrive as a CD/DVD/USB as I was expecting but as an instruction sheet and the software is to be downloaded from the internet. Nothing in the description mentions this but not a big problem. Following the instructions and entering the link took me to a Microsoft forum page. After looking for quite a few minutes and retracing the steps several times, I seemingly accidentally or by chance, came across the next link to download the software. A tad frustrating at the time but it was plain sailing after that.

Activated Office 2021 as promised, but it's a one-time activation. Good support for temporary use. Recommended with caveats.

Product is great and works exactly as expected the instructions are comprehensive for installing it apart from one thing and this is why it’s 4 stars not 5 the download links for the iso setup for office do not work I had to seek out the original offline versions which took longer than expected to find but got there and got to say it’s a significant improvement over office 2010 Seller was very helpful and had sent instructions and code for install prior to it arriving by physical post as I had emailed asking if it was possible, as above I’d say possibly a update to the download areas on the instructions would make this a 5 star product

With me it didn't work on chrome. So being a Microsoft product i used Edge as the browser and typed in the full link address which was a bit laborious. Nevertheless it went like a dream.
