You will receive just a sheet of paper with instructions. You need to find and delete any previous version or trial versions of Office or Office 365 first. As others have suggested, I installed Chrome first. Put in the short URL (link) and the 4.5GB file downloaded. The instructions mention "mounting" the file. There are 32bit and 64 bit versions. Not sure how but my system came up with a box saying "install" which worked without a problem. When you first open any application IE Word it will ask for the licence key from the top of the page. If all is well that will be accepted and you are good to go. However, first try I got a screen saying Activate software by internet or phone. When I tried this it reported an error and it helpfully suggested I buy an Office 365 subscription!. However, contacting the supplier sorted this out within a couple of hours. One improvement - print the various links and the Licence as a bar or QR code as an option.

For some reason I had trouble downloading this although the guidance in some of the other reviews are really useful. However, I was able to ask technical support for help using WhatsApp and email and this resolved the problem. Response time is not immediate but good enough. It all works perfectly now and I am very pleased with what I have which seems great value for money.

I was skeptitcal but hey its Pay with PayPal so I could always claim a refund if it goes south Let me say to start with I knew what i was doing so the process was flawless and I went from Office 2007 enterprise ( Dont ask!) to 2021 in less than half an hour. The whole process is simple but follow the instructions given by the company so here goes . 1. Uninstall your previous office - all files are kept BUT make sure you know where your outlook PST file is , more of that later . 2. using the download link supplied on the letter that will arrive by post - There is a shortened .Biy.ly address that I used. Down load the ProPlus2021Retail.img which will arrive in your download folder of your browser and is about 4gb that took about 15 min on my connection . 3. Becos this is an .img file you need to mount it as a 'hard drive ' this is the only point at which the instructions didnt quite work as right clicking did not offer a mount option so i went with 'open with ' explorer and hey presto job done I could see the contents . 4. go to Office folder and double click either setup 32 or 64 - check your system stettings if you dont know what you have. 5. Double click Setup and it will install office , i think there was another step but once you've started its obvious 6. I then restarted my pc , just because its always a good idea after a MS install . And everything was there in the programs menu at the bottom ( no actual MS program folder in my case ) . 7 now click on any app ..excel outlook etc and it will ask for the activation code . 8 This was all a bit boring because i entered it and the dialogue disappeared ..now what ?? ... it was activated apparently . All good 9. Outlook found my PST file and my email account but was stuck "off line" . The solution was delete my email account and add it back in and everything was fine . It started to get emails and all was good . If it didn't initially find your pst file you can add it to outlook and you may have to add your email account as well . 10 excel found all my spreadsheets and even the list of previously used ones were there . I rebooted once again to see if anything was going to fall over and three days later i am still good . The most important thing to know is that this is a one use licence and has now been tied to the hardware of the PC i would suspect that slow moderate changes would be accepted extra ram or a new dvd drive perhaps a new hard drive if you clone your existing one maybe a new ethernet card BUT swap the mobo out or change PC's and its not going to like it and will not be activated . However for $59 im happy and its far better opion IMHO than MS Office 365. Hope this is useful , I've heard their customer service is good but I didnt need them .

Great buy for the price and working well Tried downloading twice Microsoft Edge and Opera but Bing kept redirecting me and the download image file then wouldn't work ie had no mount instruction to open it. I then downloaded Google Chrome and then it did download as it should and had the mount instruction and opened and downloaded on to my computer easily so may be browser or Bing sensitive . The Word Programme is latest 365 but rest appears to be 2021 Office and good buy for the price 1 key 1 laptop with no monthly subscription charge

No issues with install. Seems to open up and save no problems. So far as I can tell this works. I'll keep an eye out for anything suspicious but so far it is definitely worth the money. I can't comment on tech support as I haven't needed it yet.

This was so stress free it should be given an award! I installed and had it working in very short order, can't really understand why people have difficulty. 1. Uninstall your previous versions 2. Go to the Bit.ly link shown 3. Install 4. Open Office file and right-click on the .img flle and click "mount" 5. Run set-up 6. Input the license key Hey presto! you're away. Works perfectly.

The real thing to do when loading this software is to follow the guidelines precisely. The expected results of said actions did not appear as described the first time but repeated actions finally resulted in the system loading and fully functioning. Need to switch off computer and reboot from start to ensure all is working. Now very satisfied with this great deal.

When I saw the price I assumed it was a scam. However, it's from a genuine supplier and office is downloaded from the Microsoft site. I'd advise downloading the file and then writing it to a DVD so that you have the original copy for future use. The whole package is classic Microsoft Office Professional with everything you need for documents, letters, presentation, etc.

I am running a Macbook Pro 2013 configered via boot camp to run windows 10 so was worried i may have issues but nothing, none. Followed the instructions "to the letter" and everything went perfect ... even restored my Outlook settings from the old .pst file so no mail lost and no issues Read instruction and follow them ... and remember file to run is in the OFFICE folder (not the first setup file you see) and all should be good

Good product that works well once installed. Found the initial install a little tricky working from installation sheet instructions as I am a self confessed technophobe but the supplier provided an excellent backup service replying with assistance virtually instantly to my mails.
